HS1008 - Helens Santas 1 - E2E
Use alone or with HS1007! A seasonal favorite.
A fun pattern for kids or adult quilts. Pattern has a moderate interlock and has the same background fill as HS1007. They can be used individually or sewn out every other row to create more visual interest. Provided 12" high, we tested it from 8" to 14" with great results.

HS1009 - Ribbons of Bells 1 - E2E
A sumptuous seasonal pattern with ribbons and tiny jingle bells
Provided 15" high, this pattern is designed for larger throated machines (smallest tested was 10" with good results). It has a beautiful, free motion style appearance and is absolutely stunning when done in contrasting thread. It is designed with a generous interlock, and every other row must be staggered/offset 50%. The results are well worth it, and sure to make this one of your favorite patterns! NOTE - PATTERN CAN BE ROTATED 45 DEGREES AND USED EFFECTIVELY AS A MOTIF!

HS1010 - Holly Swirls 2 - Border or E2E
A simple, elegant, holiday edge to edge pattern
With it's shallow interlock and upright orientation, this pattern works great as both and edge to edge or border pattern. As an edge to edge it has a moderate interlock/overlap. As a border pattern, it has a nice straight edge, so finishes well for butted borders. With minor modifications, it can easily be sewn from the center out. Provided 12" high, we tested from 5" to 12" with good results. Remember to shorten stitch length as smaller sizes so that berries remain "round".

A simple, elegant, holiday edge to edge pattern

It has a less formal look than Helen's Holly Swirls and is great for creating holiday "craft fabric" (we created the quilted fabric first, then cut it out for Xmas stocking) as well as for quilts. Provided 12" high, this pattern sewed out great from 8" to 14".

This pattern is provided 12" high and we were able to sew it effectively from 5" to 14" with no issues. It is especially effective on 9 patch type patterns. This pattern is provided 15" high and we were able to sew it effectively from 6" to 18" with no issues. It is especially effective on 9 patch type "on point" patterns. Use this border with or without the OPTIONAL corner depending on your needs. The design of the pattern, in many cases, make it unnecessary to have a separate corner pattern. Provided 7.5" tall, it sewed out beatifully from 5" to 10" high with good, even coverage. The border can also be used as an edge to edge pattern.

4 great free motion style sewing motifs.
Provided 5" tall, these patterns are great for adding accents to a custom quilt for a sewer. We sewed several of them as small as 2" in testing and they were delightful when we shortened stitch length and sewed slowly using embroidery thread.

WD1003 - Handwritten Season Motifs
A continuous line pattern of the 4 seasons with variations.
Each of the 4 seasons is represented in this set that is provided at approximately 4" high. We tested as small as 1.5" high and when sewn slowly and with small stitches, the results were great! "Spring" is the only season where the letters extend BELOW the baseline. Therefore we provided 3 versions. One with adjustments so that it matches the other seasons and fits in a 4" high space, one that is written "normally" and is 5.3" high, and one that basically is halfway in between. This is a great choice for seasonal placemats, table runners and wall hangings where you want to do a custom border and include other things, such as leaves and flowers that are symbolic of the season as filler!

The pattern is provided 5" tall and recommended sewing sizes are 3" - 7.5". It is a great choice for wall hangings or other small quilts where a large pattern would not work. This pattern is also a great choice for short arm sewing heads. We found this pattern especially useful in narrow borders!

ET1065 - Simple Geisha - Border or E2E
A fast sewing pattern that is great for smaller quilts.
A short repeat and simple lines make this a very adaptable edge to edge pattern. Provided 10" tall, it works great sewn from 5" to 11". If used as an edge to edge pattern, stagger/offset every other row 50% and leave a scant 1/8th inch between rows. If used as a border, it works great combined with one of our Oriental motifs as a corner, or the pattern can be used as a butted border.

ET1066 - Simple Tea - Narrow Border or E2E
Designed for Narrow borders or small scale edge to edge.
This simple pattern is provided 5" tall, but using a short stitch length and sewing at a slow speed, we were able to sew it out as small as 1.5" tall! It also looks great at 5", but larger may leave too large of an area unquilted in the center of the teapot. It is perfect for small quilts such as minatures and wall hangings or used in a narrow border to compliment other patterns.

ET1067 - Water Torii Gate 1 - E2E
A classic Japanese design motif in an edge to edge pattern.
The Torii gate is often used as a symbol for the Shinto religion but also has significant secular cultural roots. Typically, a Torii gate is actually the entrance to a place of significance - such as a shrine or seat of power (government). It is common motif in Japanese art. Provided 10" tall, this pattern sewed well from 6" to 12". It has a slight overlap of approximately 5% to create a pleasing background fill.

This Oriental-style dragon was designed to fit in an on-point block that measures 12" from flat side to flat side. We tested it in 8" - 14" blocks with good results.

Fast sewing with a good interlock!
Provided 8" high, this delightful flower sewed out beautifull from 4" to 10" high. It has a great free-motion look and a gentle 10% overlap with the previous row. There is no overstitching or crossed lines.
