FE1001 - Feather Border 1 - Pantograph with overstitched ribs

An exceptional feather border similar to those in antique quilts with all the detail you'd think it had to be done by hand!

An exceptional continuous pantograph feathered border. The compact design is 5" high and approx. 6" wide. Pattern SET includes: a "terminator" which adds finishing loops to the pointed end, a "bridge" which centers the design for a mirrored repeat across a border, and a reversed pattern to be used with the bridge. The "ribs" of the feather are overstitched. This favorite has been redigitized and is now in a larger format for long arm robotics.

FE1003 - Feather Bow 1 - Continuous spot design with overstitched ribs

A compact traditional design suitable for half blocks, around a block or as a border.

A compact traditional design with a small heart type motif in the center. Full pattern starts sewing in the center for ease in lining up in a block. A half version of the pattern is NOW included to allow for sewing partial patterns when used in a partial block area or as a staggered design. Half pattern file does require a single jump to sew. This combination feather and spray pattern was originally designed for a 6" Birds in the Air block that was windmilled over the entire quilt. The pattern is very effective in this "spinning" mode or mirrored across a border. Provided 8" high in all formats plus a special 5" version for the PC Quilter. NOTE: This pattern has been re-digitized and contains an overstitched swirl (it originally had a jump).

FE1020 - Feather Elongated Diamonds and Peels

Designed to fit diamond, lozenge or Peel shapes.

This great set of feather patterns come in three different variaties. Use the Peel version for the interlocking space in a double wedding ring, or for other "football" shapes. The elongated diamond is perfect for "Storm at Sea" and similar blocks. All the patterns are also effective in wide sashing. This multi-format pattern is provided 8" high (5" patterns are also enclosed for PC Quilter users).

FE1023 - Elaborate Feather Setting Triangle by Kris

Designed as a setting Triangle for BI1013 (Avenging Eagle) but has MANY more uses...

Originally designed by Kris as a setting triangle as a companion to her Avenging Eagle pattern, this pattern is a salute to traditional patriotic quilting designs. It is provided 10" high, so is perfect for a large block. IMPORTANT - this is not a painstaking, exact pattern. It stitches out reminiscent of free motion. Lines do not necessarily overstitch perfectly, etc.

FE1024 - Loose All Over Feather Spray

An elaborate spray of feathers in an all over pattern!

Fast sewing and reminiscent of free motion type feathers, this pattern is provided 10" high, and can be sewn smaller if one is willing to take their time! This pattern creates an elaborate interlocking pattern. Instructions for needle placement are included in the pattern file.
