It coordinates well with other patterns in the set, and can be used to quilt decorator fabric to compliment a quilt or to fill a specific area in a quilt. This pattern must be offset/staggered by 50% every other row and overlapped to create a pleasing background. Recommendations are included in the notes enclosed with the pattern file.

Our NEW "Open Feather" series feature the "feel" of feathers without the heavy density and tons of overstiching normally associated with feather patterns. The border pattern is POINT TO POINT so it lends itself well to chunking. The "points" of the border actually meet at the corner of the quilt, and corner pattern ALSO starts sewing there, so it is a very easy pattern to line up for a PERFECT border execution. Provided 8" high, recommended sewning size is 6" - 11". Please test if sewing smaller or larger than recommended.

A unique pattern that creates MOVEMENT across the surface of a quilt when used. Provided 10" tall, we tested from 6" to 14" with great results. Pattern must be offset/staggered every other row. The rows also overlap to create an eye-catching background that undulates! When we tested it, this pattern really POPPED!!! Despite the fact that it is part of a very traditional looking set, when used edge to edge the effect is contemporary.

Provided 8" high, we found this pattern sewed great from 5" to 12" high. It is a continuous Border/Corner combination with the ends of the pattern matching perfectly. The border is also POINT to POINT, so it is easy to fit the border after the corner has been placed.

A special triangle pattern that allows for more options in borders.

Motif is provided 12" square and triangle is provided to fit TIGHT in an area with a 15" base. Recommended sewing sizes are 60% - 140% of size provided.

The full frame is provided 15" square. We sewed it out as small as 9" with no issues. We did not test larger, but it is conceivable that the pattern could be sewn as large as 22" without issues. The motif is provided 12" high and we tested it as small as 8" and as large as 16" with good results. The "minis" are sized to suit the main motif.

1008X02 - Leaf and Scroll 1 - Motif 2 plus Triangle

Provided 12" square, this motif is best sewn out at larger sizes. It tested well from9" to 16". The triangle is a great complement! You may want to used it as corner triangle and use two for setting to closer approximate the density of the motif when used together.

A very fast sewing and attractive border pattern that is easy to fit! The main repeating part of the border is point to point. There is no overstitching, and the border connects smoothly to a "Square" corner. The border can also be used as an edge to edge pattern and is simply stunning when used in this manner. Provided 8" tall, we were able to sew this pattern as small as 4.5" and as large as 10" with no issues.

A feather design with a very exotic or antique look. It can create a unique fashion statement with it's long, thin loops! Provided 12" square, the motif can be resized from 8" to 16" with no issues. The triangle is perfect for a setting triangle, or can be used as a half block when your sewing head lacks the space to sew this block on point.
